Can I try it before paying?

Yes. Build and preview your invitation on the Free plan, then choose a paid plan when you are ready to send.

Is this a subscription?

No. Paid plans are a one-time payment for one wedding.

Can different guests see different events?

Complete and Concierge can assign events to invited households, so guests see only the celebrations meant for them.

Is the price per guest?

No. One price per wedding, however many guests you invite.

Can we publish our Save the Date for free?

Yes. On the Free plan you can publish your Save the Date with its own link to share, in one language. The full invitation with private household links and RSVP starts with Signature.

How long does our invitation stay online?

Published invitations stay online with no time limit for as long as Vow&Kin operates. You can ask us for an export of your invitation and guest list at any time, and on paid plans you can download your guest list and RSVP answers as CSV files yourself.

Can we get our money back?

Yes. On top of your statutory rights, we refund any plan in full if you ask within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. The refund policy has the details.
