Paperless Post is strong on design: envelopes, liners, backdrops and a very large catalogue. For a UK wedding, three things send couples looking elsewhere: it charges per guest, the pricing page we could check lists dollars, and separate invitations per event are not described.

If your guest list is small and the envelope design matters most, Paperless Post may still be the right choice. Choose Vow&Kin for one price per wedding, day and evening guests on their own invitations, menu choices per person for the caterer, or family abroad. At the lowest cost, Invitea's free plan already includes household links and meal choices.

Start from a finished design, then change any section: its artwork, background, colours, type and spacing. The phone preview shows exactly what each household will see.
Upload a song, choose the 20 to 30 seconds that matter and add a fade. Only that short clip is uploaded; your file stays on your device.
Answers are kept per person and per event, with menu choices and dietary needs. Drag guests to tables, print the plan and export a CSV for your venue.
Uploaded music and the seating planner are part of Complete and Concierge.
