Everything you need to arrive in Vienna unhurried.
Vienna International Airport (VIE) is linked to the city centre by the City Airport Train, about 16 minutes to Wien Mitte.
Take the U4 to Schönbrunn or Hietzing, or join our coaches from the Ringstrasse at 13:00.
Hotel Sacher for the old-Vienna evening; Austria Trend Parkhotel Schönbrunn if you'd like to walk to the palace.
Trams and the U-Bahn run late on Saturdays; taxis wait at the palace gate after midnight.

Our photographer will capture it all; please keep phones away until the champagne.
Late September nights in Vienna can drop below 12 °C. Bring a wrap for the garden.
Speeches and the ceremony move between English and German; nobody will be left out.

Choose something polished, romantic and comfortable enough for dancing.
Cocktail: Velvet, jewel tones and good shoes for the cobbles.

We are taking the slow way to our honeymoon: the night train from Vienna to Venice, then south to the olive groves of Puglia. A contribution towards a sleeper cabin, a long lunch or a boat in the lagoon would mean the world. Note: No gift is expected. Your company on the day is plenty.

When should we arrive?
Please be in the Orangery Garden by 13:40; the ceremony starts at 14:00 sharp, as the palace keeps a strict timetable.
Is there parking?
Limited parking is available at the palace; we recommend the U4 or our coaches.
What if it rains?
The ceremony moves inside to the Orangery, which is already dressed for dinner.
Can we bring a plus-one?
Your invitation shows everyone we have saved a seat for.
Are the venues accessible?
Yes. Tell us about any needs in your reply and we will arrange a drop-off at the door.
